Thank you for visiting and shopping at JM Variety Store. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

• At this time, JM Variety Store ships only within the United States.
  (If you plan to ship internationally later, I can add that part too!)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• JM Variety Store is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
